Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shamrock Pizza website and online ordering service (the "Service"). By accessing our website, placing an order, or interacting with our promotions, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We recommend reading these Terms together with our Privacy Policy.
1. About Us
The Service is operated by Shamrock Pizza, 62 Talbot St, Mountjoy, Dublin 1, D01 EF84, Ireland("we", "us", or "our").
Contact: +353 1 819 4764 · info@shamrock-pizza.com
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through the Service, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use any payment method submitted at checkout.
3. Our Service
Shamrock Pizza provides an online platform for browsing our menu, building an order, and arranging delivery within our operating areas. Menu items, prices, ingredients, availability, and delivery times may change without notice. Images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the product received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where items are unavailable, where we suspect fraud or abuse, where delivery cannot be completed safely, or where required by law.
4. Placing an Order
When you submit an order:
- You make an offer to purchase the selected items at the prices shown
- A contract is formed when we accept and confirm your order
- You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and contact number
- You must review allergens and dietary information before ordering
Estimated delivery times are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, demand, or operational issues.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, service charges, and applicable discounts will be displayed before you confirm payment.
Payment must be completed at checkout using the payment methods we make available. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method. We and our payment partners may perform security checks, including authentication steps such as 3D Secure, before accepting payment.
Promo codes are subject to their stated terms, validity periods, and usage limits. We may amend or withdraw promotions at any time.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available only within the areas we serve. You agree to be available at the delivery address and to provide access instructions where needed. If we cannot complete delivery because of incorrect details, failure to answer, or refusal to accept the order, we may charge for the order or dispose of perishable items in line with food safety rules.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided or to a person reasonably believed by us to be authorised to receive the order.
7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Complaints
Because food is perishable, orders cannot always be cancelled once preparation has started. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at +353 1 819 4764.
If there is a problem with your order — for example, missing items, incorrect items, or quality concerns — contact us within a reasonable time and we will review the issue in good faith. Refunds or replacements, where appropriate, may be offered at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law.
8. Allergens and Food Information
Our menu may contain allergens including gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, soy, and other common allergens. While we take care in food preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens due to shared kitchen environments. If you have allergies or dietary requirements, contact us before ordering.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Submit false, misleading, or incomplete order information
- Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website
- Copy, scrape, or reuse our content without permission
- Abuse promotions, referral offers, or discount codes
10. Advertising and Promotions
We may advertise Shamrock Pizza on third-party platforms, including Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Promotional offers shown in ads are subject to availability and any additional terms stated in the promotion.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including branding, logos, text, images, menu descriptions, and website design — is owned by or licensed to Shamrock Pizza and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without prior written consent.
12. Website Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, updates, or events outside our control.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shamrock Pizza shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, including how we use analytics and advertising tools on Google and Meta platforms.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
